- Truth or Consequences Contracted Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CCBOC) THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotes. No award will be made from this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research to identify potential vendors that can provide CCBOC services in a clinic environment to veterans primarily residing in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico (NM) and the surrounding area. Primary Care CBOC: offer both medical (physically on site) and mental health care (either physically on site or by telehealth) and may offer support services such as pharmacy, laboratory, and x-ray. The contractor performing the services shall provide a continuum of care from prevention to diagnosis and treatment, to appropriate referral and follow-up. The contractor s outpatient site of care must have the necessary professional medical staff, diagnostic testing and treatment capability, and referral arrangements needed to ensure continuity of health care. The estimated number of vested patients in Truth or Consequences, NM and surrounding area is 750 veterans. The facility shall be open during normal business hours (M-F 8:00am 4:30pm). The contractor is responsible for meeting or exceeding all VA and Joint Commission (or equivalent) standards, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life/Safety requirements, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). To meet VA s requirements for a Veterans Only clinic in a co-located facility, the Contractor s site must have separate signage, a separate waiting room, and dedicated staff for the site. Services will be procured under Title 38 United States Code 8153. NAICS Code 621498 All Other Outpatient Care Centers is applicable to determine business size standard of $7.5 million.
