Description

The 162d Wing Contracting Office located in Tucson, AZ is seeking qualified sources for a potential future requirement. The purpose of this request for information is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (i.e. Small/Large business, HUBzone, 8(a), etc.). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this request for information, nor any subsequent exchanges. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333318 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of 1,000 EMP. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) is 3599. Please identify if you believe a more appropriate NAICS/PSC exists. The potential requirement is to provide the following: Deliver and install: Industrial grade stainless steel ultrasonic cleaning tank designed to hold cleaning solution and provide ultrasonic cleaning and agitation for cleaning of components. Adjustable heat and time settings for both tanks. Industrial rinse tank system for clean water rinse and a separate stainless steel dryer system. Variable sweep frequency capability and the ultrasonic watt density shall not exceed 40 watts/gallon. The electrical service for each console requires a single point electrical connection, 240VAC (216V - 264V), 50/60 Hz, single phase, 17A/34A/40A. Compatible with Brulin Formula 815GD cleaning solution. Standalone Cleaning and rinse tanks.� Internal dimension of at least 70"" L-R x 28"" F-B x 24"" Depth at minimum. Electrical work: �Provide and install (1) 30 circuit 200 amp 208Y/120V 3R panel. Install (3) receptacles for the washer, rinse and dryer consoles. Install (3) industrial grade 240VAC electrical plugs for the washer, rinse and dryer console power cords. Removal: �Disconnect and remove Grays mill model FL3136 P/N 64830 large Front-Load parts Washer . Delivery address: 162d Wing, 1650 E.
