The remainder of the Industry Day Event will provide opportunities for one-on-one meetings with the acquisition team, which must be scheduled in advance. The Contract Negotiator for the PROS program is Sarah Harris at Sarah.Harris.11@us.af.mil; (937) 656-1326. Please register to attend Industry Days no later than 25 June 2020 by emailing both of the above individuals with the Subject Line as follows: FA8630-20-R-4000 PARTS AND REPAIR ORDERING SYSTEM VI (PROS VI). In email please also indicate if you would like to have a one-on-one meeting with the acquisition team, so we can schedule a time specifically for your company. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the Industry Day � Live Broadcast. The following are instructions for registering and attending PROS Industry Day and one-on-one meetings: 1. Register your company by email to attend this industry day event no later than Thursday, 25 June 2020. Please include company name, business size, point of contact, address, telephone number, and email address. Maximum number of attendees during 1000-1200 Live Broadcast is 20,000. Please identify your company number of attendees. 2. One-on-one meetings will be scheduled as needed, at the schedule availability of the Government on 30 June 2020 and 1 July 2020, please provide requested meeting time duration. All meeting time slots will not exceed 45 mins. Maximum number of attendees is 250. Please provide list of attendees. 3. No proprietary data is to be revealed, discussed, or exchanged. Question and answers are posted publicly. 4. Please register by emailing the PROS V Contract Negotiator, Sarah Harris at Sarah.Harris.11@us.af.mil or the PROS V Contracting Officer, Michael Logue at Michael.Logue@us.af.mil. 5. All question and answers will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov/ no later than 30 July 2020. 6. Please note that all prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be awarded a Department of Defense contract. Be thinking of the following: 1. What do you consider to be the essential elements to ensure a successful program? 2. Explain how you deal with parts obsolescence in support of procurement or maintenance? 3. What is your experience, knowledge and compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)? 4. What is your experience and knowledge with the use of FMS transportation systems (Defense Transportation System (DTS) and DCMA)? 5. What is your experience and knowledge with FMS supply logistics issues such as: International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Security Assistance Management System (SAMM), Arms Export Control Act (AECA)? 6. Explain how you qualify vendors and monitor their performance? 7. What is your experience with creating customized commercial technology solutions to provide transparency/traceability for USG and customer? Additional experience: providing for secure websites, independent document exchanges, and interfacing with any USG systems such as SAMIS? 8. What are your payment terms and conditions? 9. Explain how you ensure accurate, complete, and timely communications with FMS customers? 10. What is your experience with Performance-Based Service Acquisition contracts? 11. What type of performance metrics would you track on this contract and why? 12. What experience do you have in supporting Critical Safety Items (CSI) and Safety of Flight (SoF)? 13. Do you have a facility for receipt/handling/storage of classified items/data? 14. Explain how you screen and retain appropriately qualified personnel? 15. Explain how you ensure traceability of items to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)? 16. Do you plan to utilize any teaming strategies? 17. Explain your policies to enforce warranty terms and conditions? 18. Are you familiar with the Defense Automated Message Exchange System (DAMES)? 19. Do you currently support any weapon systems? If so, to what extent (supplier, manufacturer, distributor, sustainment, additive manufacturing, etc.)? 20. What experience do you have with support for reverse engineering, additive manufacturing, and first article testing? Any streamlining capabilities? 21. Explain how you will ensure all supply, maintenance, and task orders are performed in accordance with the latest technical data or customer�s identified technical data level? 22. What is your supply discrepancy validity rate? 23. How do you provide quality records and data management to support required functions? Any questions concerning this acquisition must be submitted in writing to Ms. Harris and Mr. Logue for distribution to the acquisition team.
