Description

Notice of intent to sole source The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC), Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-priced award to Joint Commission Resources, Inc, (DUNS 193771029) for provision of accreditation and related services that support performance improvement in health care organizations. Award will be for a base period of 12 months with up to 4 option periods of 12 months each for a total period of performance of 5 years, if all option periods were exercised. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Joint Commission Resources, Inc is the only source uniquely qualified to provide the required services for Accreditation Services, to ensure there is no interruption in services that could have a negative impact on direct patient care. This notice is not a solicitation for quotes or offers. ��Any potential sources other than Joint Commission Resources, Inc may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Kimberly Livingston, Contracting Specialist, at kimberly.livingston2@ihs.gov 11:00 AM MDT on March 19, 2021.� Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. �Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
