- Description
- CONSTRUCT NEW SHOP BLDG, DC BOOTH NFH Construct new shop and storage building shall be a single story, pre-engineered metal building containing a wood shop area, restroom, paint storage area, a general storage bay and a large vehicle bay for storage and maintenance of the fish truck. All bays shall have overhead sectional doors to the exterior as well as personnel doors. The shop building shall harmonize with the exterior materials and color scheme of the other structures on the site. This shop building is to be located at the south end of the facility site plan behind the historic Booth House and wedding courtyard. Given the historic nature of the site and the placement of the building, it will be important to blend the new building into the exiting fabric of the site.
