- Description
- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Bangkok, Thailand will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. This solicitation will be for the provision of mobile telephone services for the U.S. Embassy Bangkok, Thailand.� The Government will pay the Contractor on a monthly basis for standard services that have been satisfactorily performed.� Anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and two (2) one-year periods at the option of the Government. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) type contract. � The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference, and the date for this conference will be mentioned in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov� prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.� Therefore,�prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations.� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The solicitation will be issued via the beta.SAM.gov website. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in April 2020 timeframe.
