- Amendment 01 is hereby issued to add the Standard Form 1449 pages 1-2, and the Wage Determination pages 33-44 into the solicitation documents attached on Beta.Sam. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be received at least 5 work days before quotes are due. An Amendment will be issued to address questions before the Pre-Bid conference. Please note:� THE NOTIFICATION ID HAS A TYPO�� THE CORRECTED NOTIFICATION ID SHOULD READ 1240LQ21Q0020 THE CORRECTED NOTIFICATION ID IN THIS DESCRIPTION IS�THE SAME� AS THE SOLICITATION ATTACHED� � The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, supplies (except for Government Furnished Property) and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services for the Saguache Ranger District Office. NAICS Code is 561720 - Janitorial services and a small business size standard of $19.5M The Government is issuing this solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The resultant contract, if any, will be a single award firm-fixed (FFP) price contract with a period of performance of 1 base year and 4 option periods. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for any amendmentsof the solicitation and any subsequent postings. Quotes are due on March 31, 2021, 5:00 P.M.�Mountain Time. All interested parties must be registered with System for Awards Management (www.sam.gov) with the NAICS code 561720. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be received at least 5 work days before quotes are due.
