***March 16, 2021 Amendment 0002****PROPOSAL DUE DATE EXTENDED TO 29 MARCH 2021. See attached amendment documents.� ***March 10, 2021 Amendment 0001**** See attached amendment documents as described below.� The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following: Revised SOW dated 02 March 2021. Hatfield Elevator PDS dated 16 October 2019. Revised C301-SAT - Reps and Certs document. Contractor RFI�s Amendment 0001 dated 10 March 2021. No extension to the due date of proposals currently. All other items remain unchanged. This is a solicitation notice. THe purpose of this notice is to publicize to the maximum extent practicable this contracting opportunity available to Small Businesses capable of performing design build construction services for the addition of elevator safety features and replacement of elevator equipment for modernization. The project requires the placement of the controller with a new microprocessor based controller, replacement of the door equipment and new signal fixtures with vandal resistant pushbuttons and various adjustment to return operation of the elevator to optimal levels. The project will include electrical and data/communication wiring. Place of Performance is the Hatfield United States Courthouse located in Portland, Oregon. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of construction is estimated to be $500,000 to $1,000,000. Basis of Award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). A site visit is scheduled for 24 February 2021 at 10:00 AM PST. See attached solicitaiton document for detials.� Proposal due date: 19 March 2021 1:00 PM PST.�
