- This sources sought notice is being issued to assist the�United States Army Chaplain Center and School (USACHCS) and School for Spiritual Care � Army CPE (SSCa-CPE) Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Jackson, in performing market research to determine industry interest and capability, obtain company demographics, obtain benchmarking information and industry ideas for an acquisition approach. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes.�� The United States Army Chaplain Center and School (USACHCS) and School for Spiritual Care � Army CPE (SSCa-CPE) require non-personal services of the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education ACPE; The Standard for Spiritual Care and Education, Inc. to accredit Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) conducted by SSCa-CPE on behalf of USACHCS. SSCa-CPE manages CPE Programs in the Army and oversees the educational programs conducted by U.S. Army Chaplain Professional CPE Educators in accordance with ACPE accreditation standards. ACPE provides academic credit for all completed CPE courses that adhere to ACPE accreditation standards. ACPE provides accreditation for four CPE programs, the Army CPE Resident Program, the Army Certified Educator Fellowship, Army Extended CPE Unit and Army CPE Internship. By conducting CPE programs in accordance with ACPE accreditation standards, Army Chaplain Corps Professionals are awarded academic credit for courses, which enables the Army Chaplain Corps to meet Army requirements for spiritual care specialists and instructors across the Army and the Army Chaplains Corps. This notice does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This sources sought does not commit the Government to contract for supplies or services. Not responding to this sources sought notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitations. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Ideas or recommendations for an acquisitions strategy to satisfy the stated requirement (e.g. single contract, single award IDIQ, multiple award IDIQ, firm fixed price, cost, etc.) are welcomed. Offerors are encouraged to recommend innovative/efficient solutions to staffing and performance as required by the performance work statement attachment.�� Submit capabilities and statements of interest�by way of email and reference RFI number W9124C-21-R-0016�in the subject line of your correspondence by 31 March 2021.
