Jones-Banks / Contracting Officer Dionna.JonesBanks@va.gov Performance Work Statement Contract Title: Cincinnati VAMC: Social Media Management and Radio Communications Background: Cincinnati VAMC has a need to procure Social Media Management and radio programming. Since March 2019, the Cincinnati VA Medical Center Office of Public Affairs has been utilizing a contractor to manage and coordinate the Medical Center Facebook account. There is a continued need for these services offering day-to-day operations of the Cincinnati VAMC. This platform gives the Cincinnati VAMC a social media presence to reach out to Veterans and build awareness about the health care benefits that are available to Veterans. Additionally, radio communications are needed and will be provided through a drive time morning program where the listening audience is its highest capacity to deliver radio communications about the Cincinnati VAMC health care benefits to Veterans. This radio communication will consist of audio streaming and podcasting. The addition of daily/weekly radio communications with day to day operations involving social media provides a unique communication package to the demographic area that specifically targets the same demographic areas as the Cincinnati VAMC Centers market county catchment areas of Veterans served. Catchment Areas include: Scope: The Office of Public Affairs is committed to advancing Veterans Healthcare and benefits. The Office of Public Affairs would like to procure a three-year (base, plus two option years) contract for this social media management and radio programming. Specific Tasks (ST): All social media content and radio messaging is full controlled and managed by the Cincinnati VAMC Office of Public Affairs staff. Standards: All social media content and radio messaging is fully controlled and managed by the VAMC Office of Public Affairs staff. NO ADDITIONAL MARKETING SERVICES WILL BE PROCURED WITH THIS REQUIREMENT. Tasks Standards - The following table summarizes the tasks required under this PWS: (1) Content Graphic Design in JPG/PNG email file monthly (16) posts on the Cincinnati VA Facebook page Monitoring & responding Monday Friday on Facebook (4) Tier 3 graphics (motion graphic videos up to :12 in length) monthly (1) 3-minute video (1) 3-minute video (1) :60(1) :60videovideo monthly 7 (:30) Commercials to air M-F 9a-5p and 4 (:30) commercials M-F 7p-12 midnight weekly if services and products do not conform to contract requirements, the Government may require the contractor to perform the services again in conformity with contract requirements, at no additional cost to the Government, if appropriate.
