- The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of PM Soldier Lethality is conducting a market survey to identify sources/vendors capable of supplying GAU-19/B weapon system, parts, accessories and support equipment.� Parts and accessories will include Lightweight Bomb Rack Adaptors, Flex Chutes, Gun and Flex Shute Covers, Laser Pointer and Picatinny Rail, Ammunition Containers, Electronic Control Unit, and battery packs.� Support equipment should include maintenance kits and special tools packages. In responding to this Market Survey respondents should provide the following information: A detailed description of your capability to deliver GAU-19/B systems, parts, accessories and support equipment listed above. Details should include technical descriptions, list of components, available warranties. Any pricing data should be sent, if available, and at NO COST to the US Government. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: Vendor Questionnaire: The purpose of this questionnaire is to obtain information from industry to assist in the market research. Firms/companies are invited to indicate their interest and capability to satisfy the above requirements by identifying the following items: 1. Company Name 2. Company Address 3. Company point of contact, email address and phone number 4. Major partners or Suppliers 5. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 332994. With small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Based on this information is your business considered a small business?� If so, please identify as either Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone concern, Veteran-Owned Small Business, or Service-Disabled Small Business Please provide DUNS number and cage code. 6. Commerciality: ���� a. ( ) Our product as described above, has been sold leased or licensed to the general public ���� b. ( ) Our product as described above, has been sold in substantial quantities, on a competitive basis, to multiple State and local governments or to multiple foreign governments ���� c. Identify manufacturing, managing and engineering experience of like systems of equal or greater complexity 9. Identify lead time, including supplier/design qualification efforts and production ramp up time.� Also identify minimum order quantities required to fulfill delivery orders. 11.
