Description: This source sought is for Architect-Engineering (A-E) services from a qualified firm for the design of new facilities to accommodate high-bay technical lab space required for nuclear physics large-scale assembly and testing activities, warehouse for programmatic storage, and the recapitalization of critical utility systems to enable new and modernized infrastructure.� Services include, but are not limited to, an analysis of alternatives, conceptual design report, final design, studies, and construction support at Jefferson Lab. The subcontract will be awarded as a one-year term with nine optional one year terms.
