Description

The XVIII Airborne Corps requires�Force Plate Hardware, installation and integration of technology and one year software subscription for up to 751 users. The period of performance shall be for one (1) base year of 12 months and two (2) 12 month option years.. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) intends to issue a sole source for�Force Plate�hardware Installation and software from SPARTA Software Corporation, 165 A Constitution Drive, Menlo Park CA, 94025-1106. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code for this procurement is 339920 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 750 employees. This notice of intent to is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirements may submit a quotation with manufacturer�sheets, which may be considered by the agency, only if received by email by the closing date and time of this notice. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
