- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure the following drawing updates: 0001: Bridge Manual Pump Controller (BMPC) 0002: Steering Control Disconnect Unit (SCDU)� 0003: Helm Status Panel. The RFQ will be uploaded on or after 02 April 2021. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Commercial services on a Sole Source Basis from Staco Systems.
