Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Vero Beach Delineated Area: Delineated Area: North: Micco Rd East: Indian River South: West Midway Road West: Florida Turnpike, 95 Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,220 ABOASF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,220 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total): 11 Parking Spaces (Surface): 11 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 11 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements:[ � Offered space must be located on the ground floor and it must be contiguous. Parking: 11 spaces are required for Government Vehicles. Furthermore, for visitors and employees, the parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements. Adequate eating facilities shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a drivable 2 miles, as determined by the LCO.� Other employee services, such as retail shops, cleaners, and banks, shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a drivable 2 miles as determined by the LCO.� Amenities must be existing or Offeror must demonstrate to the Government�s reasonable satisfaction that such amenities will exist by the Government�s required occupancy date. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
