Description
Issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic/sole source Lord Corporation, (Cage 76005), contract which will include (3) NSNs to support the following operational platforms: NSN(s) 5342-00-572-8604, part number P/N J-7165-1, Export control; shelf life and critical item; 5342-00-708-2930 part number, P/N: HT2-50 critical item plus shelf life; 5342-00-719-6018 part number, P/N J5294-6 shelf life type �The proposed action is intended to be awarded sole source basis with one issued cage. The proposed sole source is Lord Corporation Cage 76005. This item is solicited as Unrestricted. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination and FOB: Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin.� This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clause 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program-Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).� Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/).� ��This item is not a commercial item.� ��This item is a stock item.� ��Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).� The contract will be effective for base year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) options year period.� �NSN: 5342-00-572-8604, the estimated annual quantity is 3606 each per contract period.� The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 902 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 5883 each over the 5 years.� The minimum delivery order is 902 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 3606 each. ��Surge requirements are not applicable. Requested delivery is 154 days ARO. NSN: 5342-00-708-2930, the estimated annual quantity is 51 each per contract period.� The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 13 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity 97 each over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 13 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 51 each. Requested delivery is 82 days ARO. ���NSN: 5342-00-719-6018, the estimated annual quantity is 25 each per contract period.� The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 6 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity 35 each over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 6 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 25 each.
