- The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification. The quantities identified for delivery did not include 5 that will go to 3rd floor inpatient dialysis unit at 10701 East Blvd. The rest will go to our leased inventory space at JTC Installation at 7635 Hub Parkway, valley View OH 44125. These chairs are stored in case a chair breaks down we can replace it in 1 business day while the other gets serviced. Additionally 4 chairs are to be Left-side IV 56 are Standard.
