- Sources Sought Notice 36C24921Q0192 This is a Sources Sought Notice for an Emergency Communications Center Integrated Dispatch Console to replace the current unserviceable and antiquated dispatch center. This requirement is for the Nashville VA Medical Center located in Nashville, Tennessee. This Sources Sought Notice does not guarantee the issuance of an RFQ. If you have the ability to provide the requirement, please respond by March 25, 2021 at 1:00 pm CDT to the sources sought notice to Contract Specialist Jeff Ridenour at Jeffery.ridenour@va.gov. It does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The VA is not, at this time, seeking quotes/proposals and will not accept unsolicited quotes/proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this sources sought notice; all costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the interested vendor s expense. Requirement: The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) is comprised of two main campuses located in Nashville and Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and nineteen (19) Outpatient Clinics throughout Southern Kentucky and Middle Tennessee, extending from Bowling Green, KY to Chattanooga, Tennessee. Emergency Communications Center Integrated Dispatch Console requirement is for three (3) all-purpose and interoperable dispatch consoles for V.A. Police for use in operations in support of the V.A. TVHS s mission and to ensure the safety and security of the V.A. Police, hospital staff, and its Veteran population. A 3-console dispatch center will allow the TVHS Police and Dispatch Center to connect to the local county police, fire, and EMS as well as between each of the four (4) TVHS campuses. Dispatch Center: 911 Call Taking Equipment: Call Taking Core Components to include 24 Port POE 10/100/1000 Rack Mount Switch Call Taking Network Options Call Taking Gateway Options Call Taking Core Options Call Taking Workstations to include speakers, power supply, licenses, and a 911 SIP phone. Call Taking Hardware Options Call Taking Workstation Jackbox Options to include cables to connect the call taking station and the radio. The dispatch console to share a common headset jackbox. Call Taking Cabling, Wiring, Racks to include connectorized punch block, 25, 10ft RJ-21 cables, PC USB extensions and cables, patch and interconnect cables, jack for data / audio, premium interconnecting wiring and wire molding.
