- This is a request for information (RFI) only. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research and to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Onsite Health Clinic Services. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The primary North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 621111. This RFI shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. This is NOT a request for quotations or proposals. No solicitation document exists, and a formal solicitation may or may not be issued by the Government as a result of the responses received to this RFI. The Government will not pay for any response or demonstration expenses. All costs incurred responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Failure to respond to this RFI will not preclude participation in any future solicitation. Any information received become the property of the Government and will not be returned to the submitter. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: Organization name, mailing address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization. A tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Based upon the attached draft Performance Work Statement, provide information if there are any aspects that are unclear or do not allow a clear understanding of the Government�s requirements. How does your company handle the purchase of medical supplies and equipment including repairs (e.g., included as an administrative charge or reimbursement? Does your company store electronic protected health information in a cloud-based system? If so, upon request, could your company provide proof of a Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 report and compliance with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and HIPAA Security Rule? The Government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to 1) provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated; 2) secure and apply the full range of corporate financial, human capital, and technical resources required to successfully perform similar requirements; 3) provide services under a performance-based service acquisition contract. Based on the responses to this RFI, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition, and award may be made. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to organizations regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services included in the draft performance work statement are invited to submit a response to this RFI by April 1, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. EST. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
