- DoDEA�s Capabilities & Initiatives Division (C&I) mission is to lead the strategic way forward for DoDEA. C&I leads DoDEA stakeholders in the planning and execution of long term strategies, including the Director�s priorities and planning for the development of the Community Strategic Plan, the DoDEA Blueprint for Continuous Improvement. The contractor shall support DoDEA�s� C&I division by providing DoDEA�s SES team�s ability to provide enterprise-level leadership, in concert with the strategic planning process, through effective coaching and team development. In order to achieve this goal, senior executive leaders will need to: (1) continuously improve communication and negotiation skills, (2) manage conflict and address organizational changes, (3) continuously enhance overall leadership effectiveness, and (4) develop strategies for performance during change to strengthen the agency culture. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for the purpose of conducting market research and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), or Request for Quotations (RFQ), and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. The Government will not pay/reimburse any costs or charges resulting from contractors' responses to this RFI. Firms responding to this RFI are requested to provide DoDEA with a detailed capability statement supporting its ability to fulfill the requirement listed herein.�The capability statements shall not exceed six (6) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; and 3) Familiarity and service knowledge. Responses to this RFI notice are due at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, 30 March 2021, and are to be submitted electronically to: Tresa Goodwin at tresa.goodwin@dodea.edu. �E-mail submissions and inquiries shall include ""HE1254-21-RFI-8001"" in the subject line. Telephone calls regarding this RFI will not be accepted. Feedback and/or evaluation information will not be provided to any firm regarding their individual capability statements in response to this RFI. Please note, while responses from vendors not currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database will be accepted and evaluated, only businesses with an active SAM registration will be eligible to receive contracts that may arise out of the research being conducted with this�RFI.
