- This amendment identifies POCs who should be contacted with inquiries about the requirements identified within the Treasury Roadmap.� Information relating to the requirements has been and will continue to be released via the procurement portals (beta.sam, NASA Sewp, etc.).� If no new information has been released it means the government�s requirements are evolving or market research activities are ongoing.� As the requirements are finalized and acquisition approaches identified, those details and further instructions or requests for information will be released via the procurement portals.� The government advises and encourages all interested parties to continue to monitor to the procurement portals for updates to these requirements.� Thank you for your continued interested in supporting Treasury requirements!� ***************************************************************************************************** The Department of Treasury is seeking an efficient and cost saving approach to expand the cloud services. The Treasury OCIO has developed a roadmap for the acquisition of cloud services for the Enterprise with IRS and other procurement office as well as cloud stakeholders across the Department of Treasury. The Acquisition Roadmap is based on the Department's Cloud Strategy effective July 1, 2019. The Acquisition Roadmap is intended to increase efficiencies by maximizing the sharing of resources for Information Technology (IT) planning, acquisition, execution, and operation of the cloud services in a manner comparable to other IT services as TNET and HR-Connect. Currently, the Treasury Bureaus are individually moving forward with cloud solution and have implemented several cloud solutions to address unique mission priorities requiring agile and elastic approached, often through duplicative contract actions. The scattered approach, while offering varying degrees of agility for individual customers, ignores opportunities for cost reduction through service deduplication and consolidated production actions.
