SDVOSBC Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)
 

Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified�in Paragraph 3.5 as Government Furnished, to perform Services for Nevada Air National Guard (NV ANG) Strong Bonds Training�Event services, which includes providing lodging, meeting facilities, meals, and beverage services to accommodate 3 support staff�and 25 military couples or approximately 53 attendees. The contractor shall provide fully furnished lodging, dining, and meeting�facilities, which may include some audio visual, and internet support, Services, as defined in this PWS. Period of Performance (PoP):�The Period of Performance shall be one designated weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) between the dates of award 11 June - 13 June�2021. Federal sales tax exempt. See attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the full requirement to be performed and�minimum standards. See attachment 2 - Wage Determination for standard rates. Place and Performance of Services: Performance shall be at a 4-star, or 5-star hotel, or resort at a location to be determined, but must�be at least 25 miles away, but not more than 50 miles from the Nevada Air National Guard Base located at 1776 National Guard Way,�Reno, NV 89502. Please see full combined Synopsis/Solicitation, PWS�and SF 1449 attachments for full details.� All price quatations must be submitted on the SF 1449. Responding vendors must also include a completed 889 certification (FAR provision 52.204-24) and FAR provision 52.222-52 by completing the attached, or submitting any copy previously provided to a federal purchasing entity.
