Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,892 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,892 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 22 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 22 Full Term: 180 Firm Term: 120 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Additional requirements apply and will be addressed in RLP/Lease Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Please provide the following information for the space proposed for consideration. All submissions must include the following information at a minimum: Property name/address; Age of all structures on the property; Date of space availability; Total existing gross square feet, and gross square feet per floor; ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered; Site plan depicting the buildings, land acreage, and parking; Floor plan and gross square footage of proposed space; Location on map demonstrating the building lies within the delineated area; Name of owner and name and contact information of authorized contact; Evidence of ownership with non-Owners (e.g. brokers) required to provide evidence of authority granted by property owner to submit the property; Any information related to title issues, easements, or restrictions on the use�of the property or any structures on the property; and Evidence that the Government's intended use is permissible in the Property's zone.
