- Page 1 of 3 REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) #36C26221Q0487 Veterans Health Administration Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION GENERAL INFORMATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05, dated August 13, 2019. Request for Quote (RFQ)# 36C2622Q0487 is issued for Cool Cube Refrigerated Cases. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333415, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This announcement constitutes this solicitation in its entirety, quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued.
