Description

This is a Sources Sought notice. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform a potential contract requirement. Purpose and Objective:� The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking potential suppliers two high-performance chromatography scientific refrigerators. These units must meet the following minimum specifications: Refrigerator 1: An established temperature uniformity function to protect the viability and efficacy of reagents and temperature-sensitive materials Automatic Defrost function Capacity: 23 cubic feet or 650 L Electrical Requirements: 115 V 60 Hz, Amperage: 15 A Plug Type: NEMA 5-15 P Refrigerator 2: An established temperature uniformity function to protect the viability and efficacy of reagents and temperature-sensitive materials Automatic Defrost function Capacity: 51.1 cubic feet or 1447 L Electrical Requirements: 115 V 60 Hz, Amperage: 15 A Plug Type: NEMA 5-15 P Responses: Interested parties believing that they offer for sale items as described above are invited to submit a response to this notice. Please submit the following information: 1. Company name, address, phone number; 2. DUNS number and CAGE Code, as registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.betaSam.gov/ 3. Descriptions and specifications of the supplies your company offers that meet the Government�s requirements. 4. Business size and Classification (e.g., 8(a), HUBZone, etc.) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code of 333415 - Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. 5.
