Description

�Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Hybrid Firm Fixed Price contract; with Time and Material line items for Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Repair Services for Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC) to provide Caterpillar (CAT), Terex, Hyster, etc., Preventive Maintenance (PM), and on-site repair services. A Performance Work Statement will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year of twelve (12) months and two (2) options each twelve (12) months in length. The procurement will be unrestricted.� The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 � COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT, the size standard is $8,000,000 and the product code/service code is J038.� This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot.� Solicitation number W911N2-21-R-0008 will be released on or about 22 March 2021, with a closing date on or about 21 April 2021.� The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.� The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date.� All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
