Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a firm fixed-priced contract to�ScottTech Integrated Solutions located at 336 Court Street, Binghamton, NY 13904. Cage Code 1RCJ7 on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Solicitation M6700121Q0008. The requirement is for service and repair on the existing 14 Warehouse Carousels and 7 Lift Tables for the Supply Warehouse aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.� � The applicable NAICS code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance.
