Description

This requirement is for the procurement of language learning application in order to increase DLIFLC students Chinese language fluency. Pleco Software is not part of any government owned system and DLI is the only Government agency teaching Chinese language learning at 2+ 2+ 2 proficiency. DLI requests to procure Pleco Professional Bundle version which includes various paid in-app features required to meet DLIFLC Chinese Learning department mission. Professional Bundle version contains all Chinese dictionaries Chinese Xiandai Hanyu Guifan Cidian, the New Century English-Chinese Dictionary, and the Tuttle Learner�s Chinese-English Dictionary. Pleco software unique features will avoid duplication costs of creating, storing, and publishing language learning with various vendors. Only proprietary Pleco dictionary application is compatible and capable of supporting the .EDU network requirements.
