- The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed-price contract to Real Time Monitors, Inc. 711 South Carson Street, Suite 4, Carson City, NV 89701-5292; Cage Code 3BS16, on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Solicitation M6700121Q1083. This procurement is for the Switch Expert Software � Annual Maintenance and Support for the Marine Corps Installation � East (MCIEAST), G-6, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. This Notice of Intent is Not a Request for Competitive Quotes.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
