- This is a pre-solicitation notice. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation 36C24621Q0441 will be issued on or about 22 March 2021. The Department of Veteran Affairs, has a requirement for Trash Disposal Services for Salisbury VA Medical Center, Salisbury,NC. Requirement is for a base and four (4) option years. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 562111 with a size standard of $41.5 million.
