Notice of Intent GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to add a renew option for following space: State:�North Carolina City:�Wilmington Delineated Area: North: I-140 from the intersection of Castle Hayne Road to combining with NC-17 to intersection with Market St, Market St to Porters Neck Rd South: Intracoastal Waterway at Piner Rd to intersection of Carolina Beach Rd East: Intracoastal Waterway at Porter�s Neck Rd to Intracoastal Waterway at Piner Rd West: Carolina Beach Rd from the intersection of Piner Rd to Intersection at Shipyard Blvd, Shipyard Blvd to intersection of South 17th St to the split with South 16th St to intersection with Market St, Market St to intersection with 23 rd St, 23rd St to intersection with Castle Hayne Rd, Castle Hayne Rd to intersection with I-140 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�11,630 SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF):�12,889 SF Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�74 Parking Spaces (Surface):�74 Full Term:�NA Firm Term:�NA Option Term:�3 years full Additional Requirements:�N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� ). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Wilmington, NC, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
