Answer� to Question Q1. Submitted. 2. Add FAR 52.228-15 Performance Bonds Construction See Attached Attachment� Attachment 1 - Correction to Answer A1. for Submitted Question Q1. Amendment 02- FXSB 20 1063, Construct Canopy and Pad Bldg. 15380 on�Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK. The purpose of this amendment 02 is to: A. Provide Answers to Questions Submitted B. Sign in Sheet from the Site Visit held 15 March 2021 C. As-Built Electrical Panel D. Extend the Quote Due Date To 24 March 2021 and Time To 2:00 PM AKST. Purpose of this amendment is to provide: FXSB 20-1063 SOW and SPECS Revision�changes to Section 01010 - Added bullet 16 on page 10 of document, updated spec�references on page 13 of document Section 01720 - Replaced entire section, Section 02410-�Updated footer to correct section number pages 71-81 of document, Section 02605 -�Updated spec date page 82 of document, Section 02936 - Updated footer to correct section�number pages 84-87 of document and Section 03000 - Updated footer to correct section�number pages 88-95 of document. Clarification - An organized Site Visit has been scheduled for 15 March 2021 and Time�10:00 AM AKST. Prospective Offerors wishing to participate in attending the scheduled Site Visit shall provide the following information NLT 2:00 PM AKST 11 March 2021 via email to� cassandra.woodard@us.af.mil and donald.dougherty.1@us.af.mil ** SAMPLE** Company, Member 1: Name, Phone, Email, Driver's license number with State, and Date of Birth. Please go to the Fort Richardson Visitor Gate to obtain a visitor pass, if needed. Please allow for some delay while obtaining the pass. The following information will be required when getting your pass: 1) License 2) Registration, 3) Proof of insurance. Proposals are due 22 March 2021 NLT 2:00 PM AKST. There are no other changes. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and transportation to accomplish FXSB 20-1063 Construct Canopy and Pad Building 15380 - JBER, AK in accordance (IAW) the attached Specifications, Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings. All product and performance requirements must meet the specifications outlined in the Specifications, SOW and drawings. Note: Contractor responsible for everything listed/ located in the attached Specifications, SOW and drawings. Especially compliance with OSHA, Industry Standards and AFI Standards. In accordance with FAR 36.304(c) Magnitude on Construction Project, estimated price ranges: (c) Between $100,000 and $250,000.�
