- ** This Request for Quotation is amended to incorporate solicitation line number 0004, Bid B - First Article NOT Required,�which was inadvertently left out of the orginial posting of the document.� This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for a C-17 Support Equipment Laser Kit, Positioning Alignment, Aircraft Engine Lift TR, NSN: 4920-01-520-9022BA; Part Number 17G230296-1. The Basic is for Qty of 1�each First Article/Production unit, Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). The item is used as an alternative means for installing the Forward Engine Mount Bolts. This requirement will be a 100% HUBZone set-aside.�Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in�the RFQ. All responsible HUBZone Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ.� All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED.� Interested offerors will be required to submit a signed Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (attached to this package) in order to obtain a copy of�the proprietary technical data package.��
