- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, services, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to install a football scoreboard at the Bureau of Indian Education, Sherman Indian School, in Riverside, California. The Bureau of Indian Education requires a firm, fixed-price construction contract, and the procurement method is Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13 with construction FAR Part 36. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. The period of performance is 30 calendar days for the installation. The estimated price range is between $0 and $25,000. Vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Interested vendors are requested to submit a written request to obtain the solicitation package either by email from Mary Jane Johnson, Contracting Officer. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. Technical inquires must be submitted in writing five (5) days before the closing date. The Request for Quote (RFQ) No.: 140A2321Q0197 are due at 4:30 p.m., local time, April 5, 2021. All quotes from responsible responders will be considered. Contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible quote. Only emailed copies of the RFQ will be accepted.
