- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, Puget Sound VA Medical Center (PSVAMC), located at 1660 S Columbian Way, Seattle, WA 98108. American Lakes VAMC, 9600 Veterans Dr SW, Tacoma, WA 98493., in accordance FAR 19.14 (SDVOSB), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with, Hurtvet Subcontracting, LLC, a verified SDVOSB. The NAICS Code is 561790 and the size standard is $7.5 million. This procurement will be made under the authority of Title 38 U.S.C. 8127 and implemented under VAAR 819.7007. IAW VAAR 819.7007(b), sole source awards to SDVOSB concerns: the Contracting Officer s determination whether to make a sole source award is a business decision wholly within the discretion of the Contracting Officer . This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining the marketplace for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received no later than 12 PM PDT on March 26TH, 2021. All responses must be e-mailed to Dustin.Calvert@va.gov.
