Description: THIS IS SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT ACTION - See attached J&A The contractor shall provide all required personnel, transportation, supervision and other items necessary to ensure Norwegian Defense Logistics Organization / Marine Expeditionary Brigade (NDLO/MEB) personnel are prepared to perform a proper inspection and maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and testing procedures on the P19R ARFF and LVSR vehicle. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.� This is a performance based contract. The training will occur 26 April � 21 May 2021. �
