- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The National Park Service, National Capital Region, Museum Resource Center, has a requirement for a contractor to develop a Museum Collection Management Plan for National Capital Parks - East. The Solicitation No. is 140P3021R0008. The RFP, along with all associated documents, are attached. Competition is restricted to small-business, set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 with a size standard of $16.5 million. One (1) firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Project Magnitude is between $25,000 and $60,000. This RFP package is posted to https://www.beta.sam.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
