(ABOA): Approx. 5,340 Rentable Square Feet (RSF): Approx, 5,776 NTE of Office Space Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 30 Total Spaces (5 reserved for OGV) Full Term: Ten (10) Years Firm Term: Three (3) Years Termination Rights: 120 Days' Notice in whole or in part Option Term: Two (2) Five-Year Terms Additional Requirements: � 576 SF of ware yard space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
