Ft. (ABOA): Approx. 4,359 SF Rentable Square Feet (RSF): Approx. 5,473 NTE of Office Space Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 30 Total Spaces Full Term: Ten (10) Years Firm Term: Three (3) Years Termination Rights: 120 Days' Notice in whole or in part Option Term: Two (2) Five-Year Terms Additional Requirements: � 9,630 SF of Ware yard space � 1,800 SF of Warehouse space available for ATV/other vehicle parking Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
