- U.S. GOVERNMENT : Project 9CA3405 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: San Diego Delineated Area: North: Cedar Street East: 8th Street South: Market Street West: Harbor Boulevard Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,310 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,400 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 5 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 13 Years Option Term: 3 Years Additional Requirements: BUILDING CRITERIA AND LOCATION: -Efficient use of space: configuration (space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide), size, number, and placement of columns (columns must be at least 20 ft. from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2 ft. square).� �Space will be located in a professional/business environment, free of nonadministrative offices, processes, or activities of any public or private entity. Space shall not be located on any floor housing vendors of food or services of any kind, or any activities, which result in the congregation of individuals in hallways and/or corridors. Adjacent office activities must not be of a nature that threatens the confidentiality of informants and witnesses, or the security of arrestees and agents. -Any space located on ground/street-level and/or on the first floor must have blast resistant film installed on all exterior windows as per the �Physical Security Criteria for Federal Facilities.� F. Space cannot be located in any area that Government deems as vulnerable to significant outside threats, such as an office site located directly over high public traffic areas, such as a public street, highway, or tunnel or other location that could impact our sensitive operations or increase risk to our employees. -PARKING:. Reserved, off-street parking spaces with 7-day/24-hour access are required for �U.S. Government Vehicles�. The parking must be paved, striped, and graded for proper drainage. The parking must be lighted and located on site. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
