Ft. (ABOA):��3,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��4,500 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Total):��10 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured):��0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):��10 reserved parking spaces Full Term:��17 years Firm Term:��15 years Option Term:� N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located in a professional office setting. Offered space must be contiguous and have the potential for an efficient layout. Parking per city code is required.� All parking can be surface parking.� No structured parking is required.� This agency cannot locate in a building that is also occupied by USAO or law enforcement entities. The Government requires a fully serviced lease.� All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the fully serviced rent. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
