Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C252-21-B-0013 Project: Donated Lacrosse Home Project Number: 676-328 Location: Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI The Tomah VA Medical Center has a requirement for the construction of project 676-328 Donated Lacrosse Home. This work will be completed in two (2) phases. The phases are laid out in work that will allow for major construction without interruption to veterans in phase one. Project duration is 60 days following Notice to Proceed. In Phase 2 project duration is 60 days the work to be completed will be minor construction that will allow for staff and veterans to move into and occupy the living spaces without major interruptions. The project magnitude price range is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 with a size standard $39.5 million applies. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of 120 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to FedBizOpps (https://www.fbo.gov/) on or about April 9th, 2021. The bid opening is approximately scheduled for April 20, 2020. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project and the time and date will be announced in the solicitation. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database.
