Description

Exhibit 1 - W911S8-21-Q-0007 Request for Quote - provides full information for this solicitation. A site visit is scheduled for March 23, 2021 at 10:30 AM PDT. Potential vendors must register with She-Asia Williams not later than 10:30 AM PDT on March 22, 2021. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is recommended but not required; vendors are responsible for providing their own PPE. Potential vendors requiring post access assistance should contact Eric Coday via email at eric.c.coday.civ@mail.mil no later than 10:30 AM PDT on March 22, 2021. All questions during the site visit will be submitted to She-Asia Williams. Any questions concerns, verification or clarification of information of the documents included in the solicitation package shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist no later than 10:00 AM, local time on March 25, 2021. Include in the subject line of the email the Government�s solicitation number; failure to do so will lessen the Government�s ability to ensure all questions are considered during the solicitation process Proposals are due by 30 March 2021 no later than 10:30 AM PDT.
