THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS FOR CLARIFICATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS A RESPONSE TO VENDOR QUESTIONS. LISTED BELOW ARE THE CUSTOMER RESPONSE. The model number you provided REF25-PH-L0000G is for an upright medical refrigerator; with pull out baskets; and the door is left hinged. They all need to be pharmacy grade with glass door- it does not matter right or left hinges- it can be a mix if availability is an issue. Hence want either REF25-PH-L0000G or REF25-PH-R0000G.  Baskets are Fine. The description says you want shelves (not baskets); the question is how would you like the refrigerator configured, with shelves or baskets? If you want shelves, the model number would be REF25-LB-L0000G. Keep in mind that the boxes and working parts of the refrigerators are all the same the temp uniformity; the alarms; etc. The only difference is how they are configured baskets, shelves, stainless steel drawers. They all need to be pharmacy grade with glass door- it does not matter right or left hinges- it can be a mix if availability is an issue. Hence want either REF25-PH-L0000G or REF25-PH-R0000G.  Baskets are Fine. The standard for the door hinge, would be right hinged. I m just making sure you want all 11 units left hinged. If you want some, or all of them, right hinged, the model number would be: They all need to be pharmacy grade with glass door- it does not matter right or left hinges- it can be a mix if availability is an issue. Hence want either REF25-PH-L0000G or REF25-PH-R0000G.  Baskets are Fine. UNTIL END OF FISCAL YEAR 21 Where would we be shipping the units? Would they all be going to Delaware? If they are to go other than Delaware, what states, or would it be nationwide?  ADDRESS IS LISTED ON COMBINE SYNOPSIS We know this is an SBA set-aside, but Aldevra is an SDVOSB, and we are wondering if you would consider making this an SDVOSB set-aside? DUE TO NON MANUFACTURER RULE; THIS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ALL OTHER TERM AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
