- Solicitation Number: 47PH0621R0020 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The following work will be performed at the Building Number: OK 0036ZZ Tulsa Federal Building 224 South Boulder Ave, Tulsa, OK.� The scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to the furnishing of all material and performance of all work required to replace the existing Fire Alarm (FA) system and install a new emergency voice communication FA system in accordance with NFPA 72 and PBS P-100 design guide.� The Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, labor, equipment, and supervision, necessary for the replacement of an existing fire alarm system with a new analog ""intelligent"", fire alarm voice evacuation and communication system as described herein and the demolition / removal of the existing fire alarm system. The estimated cost range for all work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.� Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238210 with a size standard of $16.5 Million.� All offerors are advised that this project may be revised or canceled at any time during the sources sought, synopsis, solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and final award.� In responding to this sources sought, please indicate your: (1) interest as a contractor (2) whether or not your company is a small business and any socio-economic category your company may qualify as (3) brief description of your firm�s past experience completing Fire Alarm (FA), and (4) a complete and current record of your System for Award Management (SAM � www.sam.gov) information which includes DUNS number, Organization name, address, contact name, email address, Web site address, telephone number, type of organization, and small business type(s). (5)�provide a list any certifications or licenses your firm possesses related to fire alarm installation or replacement.�� It is anticipated that this project will take approximately 455 calendar days to complete.� Please note that there is no solicitation available at this time; the purpose of this announcement is to identify available sources only.� Award of any resulting procurement will be based on a source selection employing a ""Lowest Price Technically acceptable"" methodology.� Submit this information to the Contract Specialist listed below via e-mail only.� No phone calls or faxes expressing interest will be accepted.
