- THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This notice is for informational purposes only. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice 36C24121Q0330 is to identify any Small Businesses, mainly SDVOSB/VOSB vendors who can provide Motorola Radios as listed in the attached Statement of Work. In addition, we are also seeking any Small Business manufacturers that have the capability of providing this system as well. This is neither a solicitation nor a promise of future work. Small Business, SDVOSB, and/or VOSB manufacturers authorized distributors are encouraged to submit your company s information and capability statement in response to this Sources Sought Notice. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is the government obligated to issues an RFQ. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. Potential vendors should respond with their ability to provide the following brand name: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 1, Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO 1), is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of meeting the Statement of Work (SOW) for a Brand Name MOTOROLA RADIOS, for the Bedford VA Medical Center, 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730-1114 The information identified above is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive and to indicate the quality of the supplies/services that will be satisfactory. It is the responsibility of interested parties to demonstrate to the government that they can provide the equipment or supply that fulfills the required minimum specifications mentioned above.
