AMENDMENT 0001 for SOLICITATION 36C24221B0024 for PROJECT 620A4-18-217 MRI SITE PREP AT CASTLE POINT VAMC THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO: A. PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE BID OPENING AND EMAILED BIDS DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC. B. PROVIDE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS DATED 3-24-2021. C. PROVIDE SIGN-IN SHEET FROM PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED CONTINUATION PAGE. AMENDMENT 0001 TO SOLICITATION 36C24221B0024 PROJECT 620A4-18-217 MRI Site Prep in Building 16 at the Castle Point VAMC 1. The bid due date for the subject solicitation remains on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 10:00am EST. All bids shall be emailed to Daniel.barone@va.gov for the bid opening. Bids not received via email prior to 10:00am EST will not be accepted. 2. Original copies of bids to include original bid bonds with wet signatures as well as other non-pricing related information shall be mailed Daniel Barone at the address provided in the solicitation as soon as practicably possible but no later than 2 weeks from bid opening. Failure to provide hard copies may result in rejection of bid. 3. Please see the attached Questions and Answers #1 dated March 24, 2021 and sign-in sheet from the site visit. 4. The bid opening will take place on a WEBEX video conference call.
