Description

The 137th SOW MSG/MSC for Oklahoma is issuing�an Invitation for Bid (IFB)�for Base-wide Roof Sustainment work at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base. Bids�are due by 28 April 2021 before 1000 hrs CDT bid opening will follow.�No late bids will be accepted. A site visit is scheduled for 7 April at 0900 hrs. at WRANGB, please see attached solicitation for further information. This IFB is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 238160.�� Expected work includes the roof repair of the following buildings, but not limited to, at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base: B1001, B1007, B1008, B1009, B1010, B1011, B1016, B1020, B1033, B1035, B1040, B1041, B1043, B1044, B1045, B1046, B1047, B1048, B1049, B1050, B1052, and B1056. All repairs are to be done in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and IAW��UFC 3-110-03 Roofing, with change 5�. This UFC can be found at the Whole Building Design Guide website �wbdg.org�. Use this UFC in conjunction with the current editions of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) Roofing Manuals and NRCA technical bulletins. Also follow Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) Metal Roofing Systems Design Manual (MBMA Roofing Manual) for all repairs. All repairs shall be done in such a way as to keep the existing warranty for the roof intact.
