Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby gives notice of ite intent to award a purchase order to OptionMetrics, LLC 1176 Broadway Ste. 1800 New York, NY 10019-2014, using Simplified Acquisition procedures to renew OCC�s databse subscriptions� on a sole source basis in accordance with 41 USC(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. �� The expected period of performance is from 04/18/2021 through 04/17/2026, a twelve-month base with four twelve-month option periods. The Office of Comptroller Currency (OCC) determines that the database is used to search for academic research on equity option which provides historical stock prices, index options and implied volatility surfaces.� Ivy DB US Database Subscription will allow the OCC to conduct research in support of its economic mission. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider responses from responsible sources received.� This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to berel.dorfman@occ.treas.gov by 12:00 p.m. ET, April 7, 2021. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition is within the discretion of the Government.
