- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center is anticipates entering into a Limiting Sources procurement for Mim Software, Inc. single-use, concurrent software licenses for the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital located in Hines, IL. This acquisition is conducted under FAR 8.405-6(b). IAW FAR 8.402(f), an ordering activity contracting officer may add items not on the Federal Supply Schedule (also referred to as open market items) to a Federal Supply Schedule blanket purchase agreement (BPA) or an individual task or delivery order. Other entities may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement no later than 3/30/2021 at 9:00 a.m. CDT. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested entities submitting a response to this notice must do so no later than the period specified for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received because of the notice of intent will normally be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available.
